| I’m an anointed vessel of God and my superpower is Hope. I can release the power of Hope through my poetry and my triumphant story conveyed by my powerful voice. | |
| How does your message empower others? | |
| Through Inspiration and motivation. Helping people and organizations achieve forward thinking, and progress to achieve goals. We all need hope and this force is packaged and released to combat stagnation and despair. | |
| What inspired you to start speaking or coaching? | |
| I first started speaking when I accepted my call to ministry in 1991. | |
| What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received in your career as a speaker? | |
| My Bishop once told me to just relax and enjoy the people. | |
| What are some of your most memorable moments or achievements in this field? | |
| The latest Hope Tour to South Africa in 2023 was most memorable in recent years. I spoke on large platforms in many venues. It was a highlight to my career. Seeing God move and the power of hope released was amazing. In 2018 when we received the designation for April to become the National Hope was another highlight. | |
| How do you stay motivated and inspired to continually grow your influence? | |
| Through the Practice of Hopeology I practice what I preach and embrace the things that keep me hopeful and encouraged. | |
| How does your brand reflect your core values? | |
| Hope is a part of who I am and how I live my life. Hopeologist sums it up nicely. | |
| What do you want audiences to remember after experiencing your presentation or session? | |
| That as long as there is breath in your body, there is still hope. | |
| What has been your biggest learning experience as a speaker or consultant? | |
| When I first started speaking and I tried to wing it without preparation. I fell miserably and I learned early on that as a professional you have to put in what you want to bring out and practice is everything. | |
| What advice would you give to aspiring speakers, coaches, or consultants who want to make an impact? | |
| Never give up and continue to learn and grow. Challenge yourself and don’t go along with the status quo. | |
