| What is your “Speaker Superpower”? | |
| My speaker superpower is my ability to take the most painful, complicated, or overwhelming seasons of life and translate them into clear, powerful, actionable strategies that ignite transformation. I blend raw transparency, spiritual wisdom, and business intelligence in a way that immediately connects with audiences. People don’t just hear my message — they feel it, they see themselves in it, and they walk away believing they can rise again with confidence and clarity. | |
| How does your message empower others? | |
| My message empowers others by showing them that their setbacks are not the end — they are the turning point. I teach individuals and organizations how to rebuild from chaos, reclaim their identity, and create sustainable success using mindset, faith, emotional intelligence, and strategic structure. My frameworks turn survival into strategy, helping people move from confusion to clarity, from fear to faith, and from stagnation to purposeful action. I show people how to access the version of themselves they were always meant to become. | |
| What inspired you to start speaking or coaching? | |
| I started speaking and coaching because I know what it feels like to rebuild your entire life from scratch — mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and financially. My journey from homelessness and heartbreak to building multiple successful businesses taught me that transformation is possible for anyone with the right guidance and support. God brought me through the fire not just for myself, but so I could reach back, teach others the blueprint, and help them rise. Speaking is my ministry and my mission — a way to turn my testimony into someone else’s breakthrough. | |
| What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received in your career as a speaker? | |
| The best advice I ever received was: “Speak from your scars, not your wounds.” It reminded me that my power comes from healed places — from the clarity, wisdom, and authority that only comes after you’ve survived something and learned from it. That advice helped me navigate challenges, stay grounded, and elevate my impact because it taught me that transparency is powerful, but healed transparency is transformational. | |
| What are some of your most memorable moments or achievements in this field? | |
| Some of my most meaningful achievements include building multiple six- and seven-figure businesses and being invited to speak to entrepreneurs, women of faith, and leaders who are rebuilding their lives. My upcoming feature in Speakers Magazine, launching my podcast The Comeback Code, and hosting workshops that help people shift their mindset and structure their businesses have also been proud milestones. But my most memorable moments are always the tears, breakthroughs, and “I finally believe in myself again” messages I receive from people after I speak. | |
| How do you stay motivated and inspired to continually grow your influence? | |
| I stay motivated by remembering who I used to be — the version of me who needed someone to show her that transformation was possible. My faith keeps me anchored, my purpose keeps me focused, and my audience keeps me inspired. I also surround myself with mentors, personal development, prayer, and disciplined routines that keep me sharp mentally, spiritually, and professionally. Growth is a lifestyle for me, not a season. | |
| How does your brand reflect your core values? | |
| My brand is built on faith, resilience, excellence, and authenticity. Everything I create — from my consulting programs to my podcast to my speaking — reflects my belief that people can rise again with the right guidance and structure. My work is rooted in integrity, empowerment, and transformation, and I show up with the same standard in every room, whether I’m speaking on a stage or coaching a client privately. My brand reflects the truth that you can rebuild, you can prosper, and you can walk boldly in your calling. | |
| What do you want audiences to remember after experiencing your presentation or session? | |
| I want audiences to remember that their setback is not their identity — it’s just a chapter. I want them to leave knowing that they are capable, chosen, and equipped to create a life and business that aligns with their purpose. My goal is for them to walk away with clarity, confidence, and practical strategies they can use immediately, but most importantly, a renewed belief that their comeback is already in motion. | |
| What has been your biggest learning experience as a speaker or consultant? | |
| My biggest learning experience has been understanding that people don’t just want information — they want transformation. I learned that the real impact happens when I speak from a place of truth, healing, and clarity. Early in my journey, I tried to “power through” pain and still show up. But God showed me that when I slow down, heal, and speak from a whole place, my voice carries more authority, compassion, and conviction. That shift changed everything: my approach, my confidence, and my ability to connect with audiences on a deeper level. | |
| What advice would you give to aspiring speakers, coaches, or consultants who want to make an impact? | |
| Your story is your strategy — don’t run from it, refine it. People will connect with your authenticity long before they connect with your expertise. Master your message, stay consistent, keep investing in your growth, and treat your speaking like a business, not a hobby. Build partnerships, stay visible, and don’t be afraid to put your voice in rooms where you feel unready. Purpose will open doors your résumé can’t. And most importantly, serve first — impact always comes before income. | |
