What is your “Speaker Superpower”?
My speaker superpower is vulnerability. I believe that being transparent—openly sharing my own fears, doubts, and past struggles with self-doubt and confidence—allows me to truly connect with my audience. I meet my listeners where they are, but I challenge them not to stay there. My goal is to create an environment that feels like a fireside chat with a close friend, where I’m not only relatable but also inspiring, motivating them to move forward. I provide actionable steps they can take immediately to create positive change in their lives. This approach enables me to speak not only to my audience but with them, fostering a sense of connection, understanding, and empowerment.
How does your message empower others?
My message—Elevate, Expand, and Explore Your Mindset—empowers women by inspiring them to rise above limiting beliefs, embrace new perspectives, and discover their full potential. When I encourage women to elevate their mindset, it’s about guiding them to a higher level of self-awareness and self-worth, helping them realize that they’re capable of much more than they may have believed. By challenging them to expand their mindset, I encourage them to push past comfort zones, learn new skills, and adopt fresh perspectives. Finally, the concept of exploring mindset means embracing curiosity and courage to try new experiences, which fosters growth and builds resilience.

The Triple E Tribe, my online community for women in male-dominated industries, provides a supportive space where women can connect, share insights, and receive the encouragement they need to navigate challenging spaces. It’s a space for meaningful connections and mutual support, allowing women to learn from one another’s experiences while providing actionable resources for personal and professional growth. Through this community, women receive guidance, gain confidence, and are empowered to elevate, expand, and explore their mindsets together, creating a ripple effect of strength and transformation that extends into every aspect of their lives.
What inspired you to start speaking or coaching?
My journey into speaking and coaching happened organically. It all began with my work helping women travel internationally, but I quickly realized that before any plane ticket could be booked, we first needed to focus on their mindset. Many women were holding themselves back—selling themselves short, muting their voices, and dimming their light. This need for mindset work naturally led me into podcast features, virtual summits, and eventually to founding my coaching community and stepping into public speaking.

Along the way, people began to encourage me to share my story, saying it could empower countless women facing similar challenges. Today, I see myself as a ‘gap filler’ for women who may not yet recognize their potential. My role is to help them break through self-imposed limitations and give themselves permission to step into their greatness. I’m here to support them in embracing their power, raising their voices, and shining fully as their authentic selves.
What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received in your career as a speaker?
The best piece of advice I ever received as a speaker was to frame my message as a story. People are naturally drawn to emotions, and storytelling invites them in, just like watching a movie. By painting a vivid scene and conveying the emotions, I create an experience that stays with them. People might not remember every word, but they’ll always remember how they felt. This advice has transformed my approach to speaking, allowing me to connect with my audience on a deeper level and make a lasting impact.
What are some of your most memorable moments or achievements in this field?
Some of my most memorable moments and achievements in this field include being honored with the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for my work with my charity organization, Professionista. It was a deeply humbling experience that reaffirmed my passion for giving back and supporting others. Equally rewarding was being highlighted as one of the Top Women to Watch in 2024 by Pretty Woman Hustle magazine. This recognition validates the impact of my work and reminds me that the journey I’m on is making a difference. Knowing that people are inspired by what I do truly fuels my passion.
How do you stay motivated and inspired to continually grow your influence?
My motivation comes from the women I serve. Every time someone tells me how something they heard, read, or experienced through traveling and/or working with me has positively impacted their life, it fuels my drive to keep going. Knowing that my work is making a difference is incredibly inspiring. Operating in alignment with my purpose and passion is a source of continuous motivation. I truly love what I do, and seeing the ripple effect it creates in other women’s lives pushes me to expand my influence and reach even further.
How does your brand reflect your core values?
My brand is a true reflection of my core values: faith, family, service, integrity, and honor. These values are woven into everything I do, from my personal life to my professional work. Faith grounds me and guides my decisions, while family reminds me of the importance of community and support. Being of service is at the heart of my mission, as I strive to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Integrity and honor are non-negotiable; it’s not about what I do when people are watching, but about staying true to my principles when no one is looking. My brand embodies these values, creating a foundation of trust and purpose that resonates with the women I serve.
What do you want audiences to remember after experiencing your presentation or session?
After experiencing my presentation, I want audiences to walk away feeling empowered and inspired to embrace their true potential. I want them to remember that vulnerability is a strength, not a weakness, and that sharing their fears and doubts can open doors to genuine growth. I aim for them to feel seen, understood, and encouraged to take actionable steps toward positive change. I hope they remember the stories and the emotions, not just the words, and feel that it was like a heart-to-heart conversation with a close friend—one that challenges them to move forward and shine their light.
What has been your biggest learning experience as a speaker or consultant?
My biggest learning experience as a speaker and consultant has been the importance of truly understanding the needs and pain points of my ideal client before launching any new service or product. I’ve learned to listen carefully to her voice, her challenges, and her goals, rather than assuming I know what she needs based on my own perspective. This approach has made my work more impactful, as it ensures that I’m creating solutions that resonate deeply and provide real value. Listening first and designing solutions with her input has been essential for building trust and making a lasting difference.
What advice would you give to aspiring speakers, coaches, or consultants who want to make an impact?
My advice to aspiring speakers, coaches, or consultants is to always stay authentic and focus on serving others. Your story, your struggles, and your unique experiences are what set you apart, so don’t be afraid to be vulnerable and share them. People connect with authenticity, and that’s where true impact begins. Also, never underestimate the power of listening. Understand the needs and pain points of your audience, and tailor your offerings to provide real value. Finally, be patient with your journey. It takes time to build trust and grow your influence, but consistency, passion, and a heart for service will always pay off in the end.
